A: BSN Websites guarantees after-sale support for 1 month after the delivery date of your website. If any bugs or issues arise, we will be there to fix and correct everything in no time. We also offer life-time support services in case you have any questions in the handling of your finished product.
Q: What is the difference between a Menu Tab and a Content Page, and why is the Menu Tab so much more expensive?
A: Menu Tabs and Content Pages are ultimately the same thing : a single web page. The difference in pricing comes from the fact that your Menu Tabs serve as your site's skeleton. When we first build the frames for your site, the number of Tabs is one of the first shape-givers, and we thus charge a little more since they guide the final size of your project, thus its price range.
Q: I calculated the price of a project using your A la Carte option. I need 5 menu tabs, 20 content pages and a domain name + hosting, which gave me a total of 1011.92$. Is that my final price?
A: No, this is not necessarily your final price. As indicated in our Personnalized Quote tab, our final price will always be personnalized, because we like to ensure that you are only paying for what you really need. The A la Carte items are to be seen as extras, on top of bundles for example, or as a guideline to evaluate the price range in which your project may be. We will however assess your needs with you, and eventually agree on a price that really reflects the kind of work your project requires.
Q: I do not see a lot of websites in your portfolio. How reliable are you to build and host my website?
A: BSNWebsites is a brand new division of BrainStorm Network, and this explains the yet small amount of finished works. Also, some websites contain sensitive database information, which cannot be divulged publicly, meaning that not all of our accomplishments are actually displayed. How reliable are we? Considering we have built, and are hosting the official website for Denis Talbot, THE ressource person for video games, computers and technology, we would say, very reliable.
